Terms of Use

By using Bad Pizza you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm a parent or guardian agrees to these Terms.
• Children under 13 may only use Bad Pizza together with a parent or guardian under that adult's account. See Kids and Parents.
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure.

Bad Pizza is an educational game and learning platform. The "Bad Pizza" mascot is satirical; its critiques are written for comedic effect and are not personal judgments. The platform uses AI to grade prompts and produce dish descriptions — outputs may be wrong, weird, or funny. Don't rely on them for anything serious.

Don't use Bad Pizza to:

• Submit content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, or that targets a real person.
• Try to break, probe, or overload the service.
• Scrape or resell the lessons or other users' content.
• Use the AI features to produce content that violates the policies of our AI providers.

We can suspend or remove accounts and content that break these rules. Public "Wall of Shame" submissions are moderated and may be removed without notice.

You keep ownership of what you write. By submitting to the public Wall of Shame or any shared surface, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, and share that content as part of the service. You can delete public submissions by asking us.

Dish descriptions, roasts, translations, and lesson feedback are generated by AI. They may be inaccurate, offensive, or nonsensical. Don't treat them as professional advice. Use common sense.

You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. We may also change or discontinue features.

Bad Pizza is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that the service will meet your needs.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bad Pizza, Summon, and Unstuck Labs are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
